From Humble Beginnings Come Great Things
I entered the métier of meats and cheese with a specific style and training. I wanted to stay true to my strengths and vision. With the support of my family and friends, I quietly started my charcuterie business in July 2023. Little did I know my unique style and approach in charcuterie presentation would entice a clientele that I would have never dreamed of.
